A smoother and fresher skin treatment that works from the inside out
It's the flavor of a tangy vegetable (fruit) in a chilled water carafe. Make this a regular thing when you're trying a plant-based diet for the very first time. Its good for the digestion (just not burps)
Prepare half a lemon or 1 whole lemon. Peel it, removing most of the rind, then slice it up.
You'll want to use ¼ to one ½ of a whole cucumber. Thinly slice it (& peel it - optional) into halved rounds.
Give the recipe 20 minutes before the cucumber starts to seep out. Then give it another 35 to get the lemon flavor just right. Create a real zinger & enjoy!
